I am a new rider at 50 years of age. I chose this bike for looks, comfort and price. I fit on it nicely thanks to the higher bars. The seat is quite comfortable. For new riders just follow the break-in prodedure and you will stay out of trouble until you are ready to handle more revs. Everything works fine. I am happy with my choice thus far.
