Everything I'd ever read about the Ninja 250 screamed 'this is the perfect bike for my 25 - 30 mile twisty, backroads commute'. And after 3500 mi in 4 months, I can say that it really *is* perfect for me. Fits me like a glove. Has **ample** power to pull me around slow-moving cars on 45 mph two-lane backroads. I rarely ride on highways, so the lack of top-end isn't much of an issue. Even when I do, getting up to 85-90 mph is simple and the bike is perfectly stable at that speed. I could rave about the little ninja for hours, but the point is simple:
There is *no* other motorcycle on the market today that gives you the reliability, power, light weight, strong front & rear discs, 60 mpg or better AND a small price tag.
My only regret is that I didn't buy one years ago!
