I've owned this bike now for a little more then three weeks, and with over 1 thousand miles I’m loving it. The bike is very fast and handles great. I've heard & read things about the touchy throttle response but I have had no problems. I had a FZ6 prior to this and it loved to power wheelie, however the FZ1 so far (just being out of breaking) seems to keep the front wheel pretty planted. Seems funny due to the very noticeable power increase, but I'm not a real big wheelie guy, just like the power there for whatever I need it for. (I know a little clutch action would stand it right up) Anyway I'm very glad I bought the 2006 FZ1 Looks, runs, and feels great.
