Just purchased a 2007 V-Star 1100 and have no regrets. This bike rides smooth, has plenty of power, and looks great. The seat can become uncomfortable after 50 miles or so, but I've sat on worse. Accelerates well but the shift ratio is lower than I am used to and I find myself shifting into 5th at about 35MPH. All in all this is a great bike!
Upgrades/Accessories: Saddlebag supports, Willie and Max saddlebags-plan on a backrest, luggage rack, passenger floorboards, highway bars, and possibly cruise control.
