Fun but easily outgrown.

The Ninja 250 is a great starter bike for anyone who has never ridden before. The break in period is torturous! I would take it on long trips to break it in. After 1000 miles you can tap into more power, but at 8,000 rpms and up the bike vibrates like a mad bumble bee. I've had the bike up to a 100mph, and it still has a little more to give. At 70 mph you will feel a lot of vibration(high end of the engine I guess). The bike handles very well and is a comfortable ride. Gas mileage is great at 70 mpg or better. The engine sounds great at all speeds, and the bike does grab the attention of onlookers. My only problem is I am outgrowing the bike. I now want something more powerful. I wish I would have bought a bike in the 600 class. All in all the Ninja 250 is a very good BEGINNERS bike.
