I've held off on reviewing this bike until I put a few miles on it. Well, I've quickly put over 1600 miles on the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic in less than a month. Bottom line: I LOVE it. This is my third motorcycle. I had two sport bikes (well, one full-on sport bike and then a sport-tourer...another Kawa; the Concours) when I was in my 20s and now that I'm in my mid-30s, I decided to go the cruiser bike route. I haven't regretted a single mile on this bike. I don't think I'll ever go back to riding a sport-style motorcycle. The Vulcan 900 has got to be the easiest bike to ride that I've ever ridden. And don't let the guys with 1100-1800cc bikes tell you that you won't have enough power. I'm a big guy at 6"2' and 225 lbs. and it has more than enough power for both my wife and I even in the mountains. Great all around ride.
