If you're used to riding a 50cc scooter, but want more power, the Vino 125 will make you feel right at home. Lots of fun to ride and will easily go 55-60MPH on level ground with a 220lb rider. In MA, you need a motorcycle permit or license and insurance to ride it. Goes 100 miles on a 1.4 gallon tank!
