I was looking for a good all around ATV and finally settled for the Kodiak. It's my first machine and boy was it worth the money. On a recent ride I was with 2 Outlander 400 H.O.s and the Kodiak did just fine. They have a little more top end but that’s about it. The independent suspension is very comfortable and the disc braking is excellent. The only thing I would change about this machine is the speedometer is a little to small for my liking. On an overall ranking of mid size ATVs I would give it a 5/5.
