I just got my new Vino 125 a week ago... It took a while to track one down. I called 6 dealers and no one had one in stock. I was told as little as 2 weeks from one and not until January 2006 from another. So if you can get one, buy it.
The scooter itself is very nice in appearance, and has a nice sounding motor. The pickup from stop is a little sluggish, but it gets up to 35 - 40 without going past 1/2 throttle or less.
Downside: the passenger foot rest is in need of some design engineering. There is very little room for feet which can make it an uncomfortable ride for the passenger and/or driver.
Vehicle turns well, handles well, and is fun to ride.
Top speed so far: 45 (haven't pushed it yet)
Best MPG so far: 73 (averaging 71)
