A very nice, sensible ride

New '05, breaking it in now, so far I am very pleased, no surprises. Very comfortable seat/peg/handlebar relationship for my size. 'Off road' pipes and rejetted before left showroom, mandatory IMHO. Really opens it up. Power surprising for 790cc (considering my last bike was the wickedly capable FZ1, after 27,000 K's, time to slow down!) , plenty of torque, can cruise along in 5th, shifting optional, high speed handling is the best of all cruisers I looked at (uh ohh, here we go again...). I was seriously considering a Superglide untill I found this. Not quite as much power (for two up you will be downshifting sometimes), but everything else is there and for much less $$. Great gas mileage (45mpg) already. What more does one need? Try one out if you are looking for a good, solid handling, efficient cruiser that's def not a 'me too'. I'll update this after a few thousand k's.

Upgrades/Accessories:  off road pipes and re-jetting
