I rode dirt bikes for years. Went to big bore street bikes and then restoring old muscle cars. I love the adrenaline rush caused by an exciting machine.
Let me tell you that my new (white/red) '05 660R has given me a rush unlike any I've had in a long time. Smooth, tractable, powerband. A torque curve flat as a board. Did I say torque? I was screaming like Sam Kinneson after my first ride.
An absolutely worthwhile way to spend a few hours - getting your ya-yas out! My current most prized possesion.
