I bought this bike in July and have put 1,800 trouble free miles on it. Runs like a dream, and keeps up nicely with the "bigger bikes". The service has been excellent, though I haven't needed anything but a break-in oil change. I receive constant compliments and during the 9-11 ride from DC to NYC I got a string of nice comments about my bike mostly from the HD riders.
Drawbacks: power up steep hills, and I wouldn't suggest two up for any distance. Stock exhaust is too quiet, drivers were surprised when I passed but a new exhaust cured that and boosted performance.
Those are minor complaints for a bike that is a joy to ride, it handles like a dream and looks like a million bucks.
Overall a great bike and for the price positively outstanding!
