I've now put 25 hours on the big Kawasaki and it is still running like new. I went out on Lake Erie a few weeks ago and had a blast. I went from Sandusky Ohio out to an Island called Put-in-Bay that's about 5 miles away. I got there real fast and buzzed around for a while. I also successfully returned to skiing. At over 200 lbs I thought it may be a bit underpowered but I got up easier than I remembered from years ago when I skied behind boats at about 150 lbs. Also, I can easily pull my kids around in an innertube (Unfortunatley, I got busted by the cops, apparently you can't have more than 3 people attached to the jetski - I had one observer and 2 kids in the tube for a total of 4 - I didn't get a ticket but that put a cramp in the fun). Only concern I have is that at slow speeds the jetski is nose-heavy and will make you feel like you are sinking a bit in choppy water. I've had waves go right over me and I feel as though I'm on a submarine - but just get it up to about 10 mph and it will pop out of the water and keep you dry. Overall I think I'm going to keep it beyond the 3 year low payment deal I have with Kawasaki.
Upgrades/Accessories: Ski's, innertube
