I kepted looking at the bike on the show room floor. "Man thats a huge bike!" is all that was going through my head. I had tried some harley's and to be honest they just didn't feel like something I wanted to ride for a long distance. The VN2000 sounds sweet, little to no vibration in the seat or the bars. The passanger seat had to be replaced. I read somewhere it had been called an upolstered brick... had to go. The lack of a tach is a little odd and the engine being as vibration free as it is I have yet to master the gear changes in the power band. If your a strong person then this bike is a good one. Folks that cannot lift this 820 plus pound bike off the side stand need not look at it twice. The bike has an insane amount of power even with the weight, not something I expected from a 2 cyl V engine. I like it a lot. It fits me and allows my wife to ride in comfort without being a touring bike.
Upgrades/Accessories: Wind shield, factory bags and mounts. Factory passenger seat replacement and back rest. May do some performance enhancing later on.
