I have been riding for 6 years. I came from having an 01 GSX-R to the 10. I think the 6 of course was more nimble but the pure power of the 10 will make you forget that quickly. The 10 is a bike that asked to be ridden but still lets you know that you must respect what the bike can do. Never forget that this bike is a monster that is locked in the closet until you turn the key and hit the throttle. Overall great bike no problems whatsoever.
