I have owned my ZX-10 for almost one year and tacked alot of miles on it, it took a little getting used to the seating position coming from a 92' ZX11 which seats more upright. As for performance, you know when you pull up to other bikes you have nothing to prove. The bike will smoke all competitors. Additionally it is light and manuverable in the turns. In a jam brakes and handles rough terrain like a modified dirt bike. It is very stiff in suspension and takes some getting used too. Overall, it is a pleasure but not for the timid or wannabe speed racer. This bike will put you in the 100's in seconds and it is a magnet for the Chp's. Is it worth buying that depends on your preference and ride style. Test it for yourself.
Upgrades/Accessories: Tires D208 last roughly 8k miles riding conservative. Watch the kick stand ensure that it is locked in the position before leaning the bike. I replaced the rear fairing because it fell over with out the engine running.
