The 650 v star is an awesome machine. I use it for commuting to work and pleasure cruises. I ride year round (except when ice and snow prevent me). The bike starts right up , even in very cold weather. I have had no problems at all.
Upgrades/Accessories: Leatherlyke saddlebags, windshield, passanger and driver backrests, floorboards for the passenger and best of all Vance and Hines Cruiser Exhaust pipes. They sound like a full size bike. Surrounded by Harley owners at work, even they admit it sounds great! And the performance is even better than original.
