I bought a 2002 in Feb of 2002 and put just over 18,000 miles on it before trading it in on a GoldWing. It has plenty of power and good looks. I replaced the seat with a Mustang seat which helped on long rides but the bike still had a bit too much vibration for 500+ mile days. Wish I could have kept the V-Star and got the GoldWing too.
